• Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, and profile picture.
• User Content: Text prompts you enter to generate tattoo designs, uploaded photos, and saved designs.
• Payment Information: Subscription and purchase data processed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly store your credit card information.
• Communications: When you contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai, we collect the content of your messages.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, designs generated, and session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

2.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, and app infrastructure. Firebase may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

2.2 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of our app. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

2.3 RevenueCat

2.4 OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to process text prompts for tattoo design generation. Your text prompts are sent to OpenAI for processing. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy at openai.com/privacy.

2.5 Microsoft Azure

We use Microsoft Azure for cloud computing services and AI model hosting. Data processed through Azure is subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

2.6 Replicate & Fal.ai

We use Replicate and Fal.ai for AI image generation. Your text prompts are sent to these services to generate tattoo designs. Generated images are temporarily stored on their servers and then delivered to you.

2.7 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the website, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our website. We use this information solely to improve our Service.

2.8 Meta Pixel (Facebook)

We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with our website. Meta Pixel may collect information about your browsing behavior. You can opt out of Meta's data collection by adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including generating AI tattoo designs from your prompts.
• To process your transactions and manage your subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service.
• To display relevant advertisements in the free version of the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the third-party service providers listed in Section 2 solely for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Generated tattoo designs are stored in your account for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
